Screen Play Writer for Masters Dissertation Short Film

I am Momodou Lamin Touray, I am doing my Masters in Filmmaking at the East 15 Acting School, part of the University Of Essex. I am a Producer/Director/Writer and Actor. I am also working on my First TV Series, which is to be aired in August, in a Television station in Africa called TFM, it is own by the renown African Musician, Youssou Ndour, a Grammy Award Winner and he has been named one of the 100 most influential people in the world, by the New York Times and recently named as the one of the richest African Musicians. I signed a production deal with him early this year.

I am currently working on my final Masters Short Film, which is about Showbiz. Below is the story and log line. I am looking for a screen writer to help twist or change a script I have already written.

I have a problem getting the right actors for the story, so I decided to change the story a bit, so as to simplify it in a way that I can get actors play the roles.

You will read the my script and come up with ideas or change the storyline. In this light, I need a creative writer who can make the characters more believable and give characters reasons for being in this story.

This will be a great an opportunity to have in your portfolio and work and experience, a film that will be promoted in Film Festivals and will enjoy air times in at least 2 biggest African channels. All these TV stations are on Satellite and can be watched where ever you are in the world.

LOGLINE: MALICK’S DESIRE TO BE A SUCCESSFUL AND CELEBRATED ARTIST, MAKES HIM FALL INTO TEMPTATION BY STEALING ZIKKY’S SONGS (A STREET BUSKER). HE END UP BEING CONFRONTED BY THE MAN HE HAS WRONGED.


Everyone involved in this film will be promoted to the highest level.
